Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, date and location of the event, number of guests and your message. We do not collect any other data without your knowledge.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request, suggest a package and a quote and, where applicable, organise the concert. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the members of Blue Roch’s. It is hosted by OVH (France) and form notifications are received in a Gmail mailbox (Google). It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact. Data related to a performance is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to bluerochs@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
